Privacy notice

This app helps a booster club or school group run a yard-sign fundraiser. Organizers and volunteers see household names, addresses, optional phone numbers, and visit notes so they can place signs and avoid duplicate visits.

Account data (name, email, role) is stored so volunteers can sign in and claim nights. Donation amounts reported in the app are notes for the campaign; payments themselves happen on the organizer's PayPal (or other) page.

Address history may stay with the organization across seasons so future campaigns know what worked. Do not put Social Security numbers, medical details, or other sensitive data in notes fields.
